The requirements of the system are mandatory for all employees, therefore the Company provide the necessary awareness to enhance our understanding of the system, and prevent deviations from the defined procedures. The internal objective setting programme for monitoring the personal development and performance of all staff is a key element here. BS EN ISO 9001:2008 – Quality Management Standard

ALD Automotive is fully committed to providing customers with a complete service, and it is our aim to set the benchmark by which quality within our marketplace is measured. We constantly review and develop our business processes to ensure continual improvement.  In recognition of this commitment, ALD Automotive first gained accreditation to BS EN ISO 9002:1994 in 1993.  Subsequent enhancements were made to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and 2008.  ALD are now working to ISO 9001:2015 standard.

 

ISO 14001:2004 – Environmental Management Standard

ALD Automotive is dedicated to providing a safe and healthy workplace. When carrying out our work activities, we also consider the effects on the wider environment, in order to minimize any harmful impact, so far as is reasonably practicable. As part of our commitment to a more sustainable future, ALD gained ISO 14001 via the Quality Accreditation body CARS QA in November 2007. ALD continue to apply and develop our management systems in line with new ISO9001 and 14001 criteria released in October 2015.
